Or perhaps you’d like to “Take Five” and take a seat over at the table and chairs with umbrella where you can work, snack or sip a cool cocktail of choice.

Hot-stepping it inside, you’ll admire the collection of jazz-inspired wall art that adorns the interior of the living room and throughout the home. Decor is classic and cool, like a Miles Davis tune, starting with the huge L-shaped midcentury blue sofa that can sit 8 in comfort as you watch your fave jazz performance on the huge wall-mounted TV.

Alternatively, listen to some swinging sounds on the record player after choosing something from the hip vinyl collection on offer. Perhaps you’d like to saunter over to the bar cart and fix yourself a martini while you’re at it?

You will have full access to the main house, separate casita, fully fenced grounds, private pool and spa, and enclosed carport. The carport has 2 parking spaces and an EV charger; additional free street parking is available. The property has a private entrance behind a secure electronic driveway gate.

Arrival includes keypad entry, and a face-to-face check-in greeting is required within 24 hours of arrival. Luggage dropoff is available.

This home is self check-in and setup with everything you need to relax and unwind.

The Palm Springs Jazz House is centrally located in the quiet residential Sunrise Park neighborhood just minutes from the Uptown Design District, Downtown, and the South Palm Springs Business District. Restaurants, night spots, cafes and grocery stores are just a short drive or Uber ride away. Ruth Hardy Park, two multiplex movie theaters, the casino, and the convention center are all close by as well, depending on what you hepcats are into…

Minutes from downtown by Lyft or Uber, you can be anywhere in Palm Springs without ever having to get in your car. We always recommend renting bikes for at least a day. Our Sunrise Park neighborhood is filled with mid century homes and landscapes to to explore.

This home allows a maximum of 8 adults plus 2 kids 12 and under.

No more than 3 vehicles may be parked at this home during your stay. One in the garage and 2 in driveway or on the street.

Pool heating is optional for $95 per night; hot-tub heating is included with your reservation and available on demand.

Well behaved Pet allowed with additional pet fee.

This home is not childproofed: cabinets are not secured, the pool and hot tub do not have child locks, and there are many breakable items. Adults traveling with well-behaved children are welcome, but children must be fully supervised at all times; the home is not advertised or guaranteed as child-safe or childproof.

For stays under 28 nights, a 12.5% Transient Occupancy Tax (raising to 13.5% 12/1/26) has been charged as required by the City of Palm Springs. Bookings over 28 nights are not subject to TOT tax.

Stays over 14 nights require a mid-stay cleaning at least every 14 days, billed separately; this includes a complete linen turnover and amenities refresh. Daily or weekly cleaning is available on request for an additional fee.

Before arrival, the responsible booking guest must sign the City-required outside contract, provide a photo of government-issued ID, be present for the stay, and ensure all guests read and sign the Good Neighbor Form.

Ring cameras monitor entry points (front gate, east gate, southeast gate, southwest gate, and carport). Noise monitors are located in the main living area and pool area; they measure decibel levels only and do not record sounds or conversations.
