Behind tranquil blue front doors, this single-level 1963 classic by Russian-born New York Master Builder Boris Gertzen blends preserved midcentury character with modern updates. Floor-to-ceiling glass, generous living areas, curated original and contemporary furnishings, and prominent artwork by Artist in Residence Lynda Keeler create an airy, design-forward setting.

The open living area includes a large-screen TV, a fireside seating area and bar cart, plus a marble oval dining table for eight. The remodeled, fully equipped kitchen retains its midcentury charm and includes a breakfast area with golf-course views.

Sleeping arrangements include:
• Primary suite: king bed, TV, walk-in closet, remodeled en-suite with double vanity and large shower, and direct patio/pool access.

• Bedroom 2: king bed, ample closet space, private patio, and direct en-suite access to the renovated central full bathroom.

• Bedroom 3: queen bed, ample closet space, private patio, and close access to the central hallway bathroom.

• Separate casita: queen bed, TV, closet, private bathroom, and golf-course views; accessed from the backyard or side pathway.

All bedrooms offer hotel-quality mattresses, 100% cotton percale Brooklinen bedding, robes, clothing storage, and room-darkening shades. The home also has central air conditioning, heating, fast 501 Mbps Wi‑Fi, a dedicated workspace, in-unit washer/dryer, and a Pack ’n Play/travel crib with children’s books and toys.

Outside, the fully fenced private backyard opens to the 17th fairway and features a year-round saltwater pool with pool toys and floats, a private hot tub, sun loungers, hanging egg chairs, shaded seating, fire pit, gas grill, and outdoor dining for eight. Guests have full private access to the home, casita, backyard, pool, hot tub, patios, and grounds. A private entrance and keypad self check-in are available.

One garage space is available, along with driveway or street parking, subject to the three-vehicle maximum. An EV charger is available for guest use between 9 PM and 4 PM daily.

The Host with the Most Team can be available for anything you needed and will greet you in person within 24 hours of your arrival.

Located in the quiet and upscale neighborhood of Indian Canyons in a highly desirable area of South Palm Springs, The Alhambra House is a modernist fan’s dream with amazing period architecture and dazzling views at every turn.

Indian Canyons, formerly known as Canyon Country Club, was the first fully planned community in Palm Springs. Built in the 1960s on a championship golf course, it’s a beautiful mix of distinctive mid-century architecture. You can tour many of these homes during Modernism Week each year in February. For the modern architecture lover, it's an event not to be missed! Stroll down to the club and have a cocktail while looking out over the amazing fountain donated by Walt Disney himself. Rumor has it that it was a gift after the golf pro helped his son improve his handicap.

The Smoke Tree Village strip mall is less than 5 minutes drive away, giving you a supermarket and many other services, as well as a host of tasty restaurants to choose from.
The Deepwell Antique District is also about 5 minutes drive away for all the best midcentury finds, while Downtown Palm Springs itself can be reached in under 10 minutes, giving you an even more extensive range of cafes and eating options, as well as shopping galore.

Most guests rent a car at the airport or drive to Palm Springs. The garage is air-condition capable should you require it and can easily hold 1 car. Tesla Solar EV charger available for use if needed.

Minutes from downtown by Lyft or Uber you can be anywhere in Palm Springs without ever having to get in your car. We always recommend renting bikes for at least one day. Our neighborhood is filled with mid century homes and landscapes to explore.

This home allows a maximum of 8 adults plus 2 kids 12 and under.

No more than 3 vehicles may be parked at this home during your stay. One in the garage and 2 in driveway or on the street.

Pool heating is optional for $95 per night; hot-tub heating is included with your reservation and available on demand.

Well behaved Pet allowed with additional pet fee.

This home is not childproofed: cabinets are not secured, the pool and hot tub do not have child locks, and there are many breakable items. Adults traveling with well-behaved children are welcome, but children must be fully supervised at all times; the home is not advertised or guaranteed as child-safe or childproof.

For stays under 28 nights, a 12.5% Transient Occupancy Tax (raising to 13.5% 12/1/26) has been charged as required by the City of Palm Springs. Bookings over 28 nights are not subject to TOT tax.

Stays over 14 nights require a mid-stay cleaning at least every 14 days, billed separately; this includes a complete linen turnover and amenities refresh. Daily or weekly cleaning is available on request for an additional fee.

Before arrival, the responsible booking guest must sign the City-required outside contract, provide a photo of government-issued ID, be present for the stay, and ensure all guests read and sign the Good Neighbor Form.

Ring cameras monitor entry points at the front door and side entrances. Noise monitors are located in the main living area and pool area; they measure decibel levels only and do not record sounds or conversations.
