THE HOUSE
Pass the iconic breeze block to the front door and step into a carefully curated showcase of midcentury design. An original room divider leads past the kitchen into the open-plan living area, with floor-to-ceiling glass and natural beamed ceilings.

The lounge pairs an original 1980s Roche Bobois sectional with an Atelier de Troupe oval glass coffee table and Eero Aarnio's 'Pastil' chair on an Atelier de Troupe CC Tapis rug. Lighting by Gae Aulenti and Achille & Pier Giacomo Castiglioni sets the scene at night.

KITCHEN & DINING
The remodeled, fully stocked kitchen has wood cabinetry under tongue-and-groove ceilings and an island with three wicker Dirk Van Sliedregt barstools. The dining area seats 4 at an Atelier de Troupe table under the designer's 'Compas' pendant.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

• Primary suite: king bed with backyard views, Eero Saarinen 'Pedestal' nightstands, Castiglioni 'Parentesi' floor lamp, and Gianfranco Frattini 'Marema' tables. En-suite bath in striking grey tile with sunken tub and shower.
• Queen bedroom: queen bed under Benjamin Critton's 'Pools' print series for Norma, lucite nightstands, Verner Panton 'Flowerpot' lamps and an Eames fiberglass chair.
• Twin bedroom: two twin beds by Michael McConnell for Atelier de Troupe, a custom corner table, a 1970s Danish lamp, a vintage Oaxacan weaving and a Cody Hoyt drawing.
The queen and twin bedrooms share the hall bathroom, with a walk-in shower in neutral mosaic tile.

All beds have plush hotel-quality mattresses and 100% cotton percale Brooklinen sheets.
