The adjoining fully-stocked kitchen meanwhile gives you beautiful smooth white quartz countertops, all the cooking amenities to create the ultimate paella, as well as direct access to the two car garage that also houses the laundry facilities.

Out in the perfectly manicured back yard, the heated pool (upon request) and spa awaits, from which you can take-in those panoramic mountain views.

Ample sun lounges with shade umbrellas present the ideal place to work on that desert tan, while at night, the adjacent fire pit is the perfect spot to take in the stars on those cooler desert nights.

In keeping with this home’s style, the second bedroom gives you a traditional rustic-style wooden king-sized bed with luxurious hotel quality mattress, 100% cotton percale Brooklinen linens, wall-mounted TV, work desk and ample closet space.

The third bedroom meanwhile gives you the flexibility of two queen beds, each with 100% cotton percale Brooklinen linens and hotel quality mattresses, as well a wall-mounted TV, and ample closet space, plus close proximity to the central bathroom with its traditional Spanish tiling and walk-in shower behind the glass brick screen.

Our co-host, Host with the Most, can be available for anything you need and will greet you in person or via Face Time within 24 hours of your arrival.

This estate is self check-in and setup with everything you need to relax and unwind.

Casa Fierro is located at the south end of Palm Springs, making it just minutes walk to respected venues such as Mr Lyons, The Reef, Elmer’s, Del Rey, King’s Highway, Bar Cecil, El Mirasol and more. It is just a short drive to a selection of supermarkets or to downtown Palm Springs with its extensive selection of restaurants, coffee houses, boutiques, and other vintage shops.

Minutes from downtown by Lyft or Uber, you can be anywhere in Palm Springs without ever having to get in your car. We always recommend renting bikes for at least a day. This home is walking distance to many shops and restaurants on the South side of town including Mr Lyons, Bar Cecil, Ace Hotel, Kreem, etc. Our Taquitz River Estates neighborhood is filled with mid century homes and landscapes to to explore.

Guest booking this home must be 25 year or older as our short term rental permit requires.

Parties and events are not permitted.

This home allows a maximum of 6 adults/kids plus 2 additional kids 12 or under.

This home allows one dog with an additional pet fee.

There are strict noise and parking restrictions in Palm Springs and the booking guest will be responsible for any and all fines incurred during their visit. We reserve the right to immediately cancel any guest stay without refund if any of the short term rental rules are violated.

No more than 3 cars may be parked at this home at any time during your stay.

NO amplified music is allowed outside by the pool or anywhere else outside, and all music must be contained within the home and cannot be heard from outside.

Stays of 28 nights or more require mid stay cleanings a minimum of every 14 days of stay with additional cleaning fees.

All activities must be taken inside by 10pm to comply with the quiet hours for short term rental compliance... and to be good neighbors.

A copy of a government issued ID will be required of the booking guest along with signing an additional private online rental contract acknowledging the short term rental guidelines and rules.

Pool heating is an additional $95 per night of your visit.

Surveillance or recording devices on property - security camera at front entry to monitor entrance and noise monitoring devices inside main living area and on patio; it does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels). Failure of Tenant to adhere to City regulations will be considered a breach of this rental agreement. Should any complaint about the noise level inside/outside the house arise with the local police or the local city authorities. Furthermore, Guests will be asked to vacate the unit immediately if it becomes necessary without a refund of the rental amount.
