The Spring, a modern oasis, boasts indoor/outdoor living to behold a stunning mountain view. Heavy-duty, floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors open out to a desert landscape, 72 ft saltwater pool, spa, shade pavilion, fire pit, patio dining area & BBQ. The kitchen showcases Bulthaup cabinetry, Gaggenau appliances & Made In cookware.

Featuring 3 bedrooms, each with ensuite, plus an additional 1/2 bathroom,
they surround the impressive 72 foot long pool that serves as the centerpiece of this
striking property, rivaled only by the proximity of the magnificent mountain views.
The space:
Behind the high walls and fences awaits an oasis of vacation bliss, The Spring having
been uniquely designed and curated. This newly
built modern masterpiece was inspired by the minimalism of midcentury design. It features classic modernist furnishings by Florence Knoll, Hans Wegner, Jean Prouvé, Eero Saarinen, Richard Schultz and more, while the large format wall murals on show are original works by the owner and photographer herself.

Upon entering this exclusive private compound, you will immediately discover the floor-to-ceiling walls of glass that create a true indoor/outdoor desert experience. The living room, kitchen, dining room, and powder room form one "pod”. Each bedroom is its own private "pod”, accessed from outdoors through individual sliders that open up to the pool area.

Starting with the chef’s kitchen, it showcases unique Bulthaup black textured wood
cabinetry, high-end Gaggenau stove and ovens, a Miele coffee machine and quality Made In cookware. The adjacent pantry features a microwave and wine fridge and ample extra storage. Seating consists of a wooden mid-century style dining table that seats eight, while stools at the counter accommodate a further four.

Just outside the glass sliders, the covered patio hosts an outdoor kitchen with gas grill, seating for eight around the dining table, and in-ceiling heater for those crisp, clear desert evenings.

On the other side of the kitchen, past the guest powder room, the living area features
ample seating for all guests and a few visitors too on its aubergine-hued sofas and woven
armchairs, complete with beautiful yellow accent pillows. The large Bulthaup black
textured wood wall also holds the extra large TV, perfect for group viewing, if you can draw your eyes away long enough from the captivating mountain vista.

Down one end of the lengthy pool, you’ll find the master bedroom with its own patio area with sun lounge. Inside you can wake up to views of the sun-lit mountains framing the far end of the pool through the wall of glass as you lay in your George Nelson-designed king bed. It comes complete with matching lamps and tables, luxury 100% cotton percale Brooklinen linens, and plush Avocado Green mattress.
The primary suite also includes a swing-out large wall-mounted TV and walk-in closet, while its en-suite bathroom gives you a generous double vanity, large walk in shower with a window to the mountain and desert.

The two other bedrooms, similar in size and style, feature direct pool access and views through their large glass sliders. These rooms also feature George Nelson-designed king beds, tables and lamps, complete with 100% cotton percale Brooklinen linens and plush Avocado Green mattresses. Each feature a wall mounted TV, ample closet space, plus beautiful white en-suite bathrooms with vanity and walk-in showers.

All rooms surround the main focus of this impressive home… the 72 foot long heated (upon request) and chilled saline pool (upon request in summer months) and adjacent spa, large enough to accommodate all guests while they sip a cocktail and take in the sun setting over the mountain.

Near the spa, an in-ground fire pit provides that extra warmth when needed at night, while the shade pavilion, with loungers and seating, offers some relief from the heat during the day, once your required level of tan has been obtained.

The Spring is for those who appreciate the finest in design, and is sure to put “the spring” back in the step of those needing a true vacation experience.

Guests have full, private access to the home and grounds, including the pool and outdoor living areas. A private entrance, two-car carport, driveway and street parking, and a Level 2 EV charger are available. No more than three vehicles may be parked at the home during your stay.

The Host with the Most Team can be available for anything you needed and will greet you in person or via Face Time within 24 hours of your arrival.

This home is self check-in and setup with everything needed to relax and unwind.

We are available as needed but you will be left to enjoy this space as if it is your own during your stay. Enjoy Palm Springs living!

The Spring is located at the south end of Palm Springs, making it just minutes walk to respected venues such as Mr Lyons, The Reef, Elmer’s, Del Rey, King’s Highway, Bar Cecil, El Mirasol and more. It is just a short drive to a selection of supermarkets or to downtown Palm Springs with its extensive selection of restaurants, coffee houses, boutiques, and other vintage shops.

Minutes from downtown by foot, Lyft or Uber, you can be anywhere in Palm Springs without ever having to get in your car. This home is walking distance to Palm Canyon Drive with all of the hip restaurants and shops we are famed for. We always recommend renting bikes for at least a day. Our neighborhood is filled with mid century homes and landscapes to to explore.

Host with the Most can be available for anything you need & will greet you in person within 24 hours of your arrival.

Guest booking this home must be 25 years or older.

Parties and events are not permitted.

This home allows a maximum of 6 adults plus 2 kids 12 and under.

There are strict music, noise, and parking restrictions in Palm Springs and the booking guest will be responsible for any and all fines incurred during their visit. We reserve the right to immediately cancel any guest stay without a refund if any of the rental rules are violated.

No more than 3 vehicles may be parked at this home during your stay.

All activities must be taken inside by 10 pm to comply with the city wide quiet hours ... and to be good neighbors.

A copy of a government issued ID will be required of the booking guest along with signing an additional private rental contract acknowledging the rental guidelines and rules and all adult guest names listed on the contract.

Pool heating is optional at a rate of $95 per night of your visit. Spa heating is included with your reservation and can be heated on demand.

• This home is not child proofed. Cabinets are not secured, there is a pool and hot tub without child locks, and we do have MANY breakable items in the home. We welcome adults who bring well behaved children but we expect them to fully supervise children at all times and do not advertise or guarantee that the home is in any way child safe /child proofed.

• NO CHECK-IN ON HOLIDAYS. If your reservation start date falls on any holiday listed you will need to rebook your check-in date. Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve & Day, New Years Day, Easter Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, & Labor Day.

•There are noise ordinances here in PS, so NO MUSIC is allowed outside on any device at ANY TIME. In addition, there can be no outdoor noise after 10PM. There is NO MUSIC ALLOWED OUTSIDE. NO music on your phone, bluetooth device - NO MUSIC. If someone reports you to the City of Palm Springs, or the police, you will be responsible for ANY & ALL fines and you can and will be subject to removal from the property with no refund for unused time. The minimum charge is $500 if they are called out and if a complaint is made to our staff, city compliance, or the police, and/or citation is issues you will be asked to leave immediately with NO refund - so PLEASE have fun but bring it inside after 10PM and remember about the music being a NO NO at anytime outdoors - not even inside with doors open so it can be heard outside.

• 12.5% tax has been charged as a “Transient Occupancy Tax” per the City of Palm Springs requirements for any stays under 28 nights.

•Bookings over 28 nights are not subject to TOT tax.

•Housekeeping - mid stay cleanings required for stays over 14 nights a minimum of every 14 days of your stay. Guest will be billed for additional cleanings every 2 weeks and scheduled to meet guest needs. These additional cleanings include a complete linen turnover and amenities refresh. Daily/Weekly cleaning are available if requested with additional fees.

•An outside contract is required by the city of Palm Springs will need to be read and signed prior to your visit. A link will be sent after your reservation is confirmed. The responsible guest on the reservation will also need to provide a photo of their government issued ID as required for short term rentals in the city of Palm Springs and must be present for the stay.

•All guests will need to read and sign the Good Neighbor Form and a face to face greeting at check in is required.

-Surveillance or recording devices on property - Ring cameras at entry points on property (front gates and carport) to monitor entrance and noise monitoring device inside main living area and pool area. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels). NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures decibel levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. NoiseAware is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. If you have any questions, please ask.

Failure of Guests to adhere to City regulations will be considered a breach of the rental agreement. Furthermore, Guests recognizes the right of the Co-Host to ask guests to vacate the unit immediately if it becomes necessary without a refund of the rental amount.

•Missing &/or stained LINENS will be charged to the guest at the current rate for replacement. ANY BROKEN OR MISSING ITEMS or DAMAGES TO THE HOME will be charged to the guest accordingly.
